Rules - Deadline is January 31st Must be painted on a 8"x10" or11"x14" surface. Paint must be applied with a brush. Can be painted with any type of paint. Must be the student's own personal design (No adult or second person help is allowed). One submission per student. Paintings will be judged on: Originality, Color Usage & Creativity Contest will be judged by an impartial jury and all decisions will be final. Winners will be announced at the National Art Education Association Convention. Winning paintings become property of Royal Brush and may be viewed at www.royalbrush.com. Royal Brush reserves the right to use winners paintings in ads and promotional materials. Non-winning paintings can be returned if supplied with prepaid self addressed container. NOTE: Each entry must include entry form or duplicate taped to the back of the painting. Incomplete entry forms will result in disqualification.
